About Me.

I became a coach because I know how lonely it can be at an Executive level. I have been the CEO of  mutliple organisations including: Hybu Cig Cymru, Chambers Wales (British Chamber of Commerce), Abergavenny Food Festival (Wales' largest food festival),  Manufacturing Wales and Business News Wales: I also know how uncomfortable it can feel between the rock and a hard place of board & team, or long-term strategy & day-to-day firefighting.

I have also built and run my own businesses and am now a Founder and Director of Pitch&Co, helping companies pitch for investment/new markets, and I am currently growing and scaling this business, giving me perspective on the challenges faced by founders. Resilience is key, and self-care is often overlooked in our busy working lives where having any headspace feels like a luxury.

I really needed that confidential trusted peer-to-peer place to turn, which I found invaluable to both my personal performance and my well-being. That's why I undertook high level training as an executive coach and created my coaching programme, because I really value having a mentor and coach to help me unlock new levels of performance and now I want to do that for others.
