Specialising in Executive Coaching for leadership, building resilience, and confidence, these sessions involve deep introspective conversations, reflective exercises and teaching of actionable frameworks to unlock new levels of performance quickly.

Workshops for teams
I also conduct training and workshops to unlock the potential of teams. My sessions focus on creating a culture of ownership, improving productivity, streamlining processes, and ensuring everyone is aligned on business goals. I have a skill for unlocking growth from large teams and have condensed these lessons into actionable workshops that have proved very powerful for clients time and time again.
Why I coach
It is lonely at the top. It does not have to be.
I became a coach because I know how lonely it can be at an Executive level. I also know how uncomfortable it can feel between the rock and a hard place of board and team, or long-term strategy and day-to-day firefighting.
I really needed that confidential trusted peer-to-peer place to turn, which I found invaluable to both my personal performance and my well-being. That is why I undertook high level training as an executive coach and created my coaching programme.
